Fountainhall is a thirty house development in the Scottish Borders, 18 miles south of Edinburgh. A green field site, the development included Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) with a private sewage treatment works designed to accommodate the full village population. CRA were responsible for all aspects of the project including a flood assessment, design & detail of roads / drainage and financial management together with the structural aspects of the house design
