The North British Distillery (NBD)
NBD have been major part of the distilling industry in Edinburgh since 1885. Due to a ever increasing order book in the mid 1990`s the distillery was extensively upgraded with many of the historical structures refurbished to accommodate modern plant such as new stills, washbacks, and state of the art boilerhouse fired by natural gas together with upgrading the on site warehouse and access road infrastructure.
